I am not encouraging psychic followers for 2012 book writers, but they do research and find things that i can read and see beyond what they did. Link = John Major Jenkins

This is only another step toward total discovery which has taken years, and I cannot predict that the complete answer wont take equally as long. But in commenting on a youths YouTube Video labeled 2370 BC Flood, i mentioned chinese day JiaZi, and then found an AnswerBag page asking where it started. In giving a Genesis answer, I found a correlation in 2029 BC that I never saw because Egyptian calendar began in 2030 BC before China accepted it the following year. I have correlated Mayan days with Chinese before, but that doesnt mean I found the reason or cause for the connection or change over when Chinese went to America.
     Long ago, back in 1986, I noted that Peleg's death 340 years after Flood had elements breaking down into the 52-year Mayan calendar. Because 73x 360d = 72x 365d, the 340 years is 52 years more than 288 years (4x 72). Of these last 52 years, 52x 365d = 52x 360d +260 days which is a calendar tzolkin of 13-day cycle added to the 360-day year (18x 20d cycle) producing a smaller cycle of 13x 20d = 20x 13d.
The 365-day calendar began on July 17 but drifted to July 20 before Jesus and then stayed there because the star is passing the summer solstice longitude these past 2000 years. Using July 20 then to end 85 leap days of 340 years will start the year on Oct 13 drifting back 85 days to July 20. (The reality was Oct 10 back to July 17.) However, influence upon a July 20 date comes from the fact that 260 days is 8 months plus 20 days. Day 1 to day 21, or day zero to day 20. The rise of Sothis at Alexandria is July 21, but at Memphis is July 20; in Egypt being another day for every degree south of 69 miles. Thus if this is why the rise of Sothis is preferred labeled by Greek Romans as July 20 rather than July 1 (7th month 1st day), it would seem to be a symbol of Noahs 9th month 20th day from a symbolic Nov 1 as new year (using symbolic 30-day Julian months.)
In the 1980s, when the mass of 360-day calendar dates of Noahs calendar proved the epoch as Oct 12 not Oct 10....
[in 2370 BC new kingdom Pamenot 1 is Oct 5, (= epagum 1 in middle kingdom because) middle kingdom new year Pamenot 1  is Oct 10; but then 360-day calendar dates prove Noahs new year is Oct 12; and Mayan day 1 new year is 20 days later on Nov 1 (though Mayan day zero new year is Oct 31)]
... I noted that this effected the last 52 years of 340 years. It meant that July 17 of 2030 BC was not 9-21 (as 1-01 new year plus 344x 360 days +8 months +20 days).
The 85 leap days from Oct 10 back to July 17 would be Oct 12 back to July 19 in the 360-day calendar. Thus July 17 could not be Noah's date 1-01-600 plus 340x 365 days = 9-21-944, but rather 9-21 is July 19, and July 17 is 9-19.
The 260 days becomes cut to 258 days by 360-day calendar and 365-day calendar not sharing the same 10-day cycle (2 years as 720 days and 730 days; 2x 360 and 2x 365). It throws out any evidence for this 52 years by not being aligned other than the fact that a July 17 Sothis at Memphis is a July 19 Sothis at Jerusalem across from Babel. Jerusalem (not Memphis) has an exact 340 years of 365 days from the Flood new year of 360-day calendar.
What I realized today is that with Egypts 1-01-340 on 2030 BC July 17 being Noahs 9-19-944, so that Egypts 1-01-341 on 2029 BC July 16 is Noahs 9-24-945 ending 1st year of new 365-day calendar now accepted by China, then Egypts date 1-04-341 known for decades by me to be Noahs 9-27-945 on July 19, does only now make me realize gives a July 19 date for that 260 days if counting 340 years from Noahs year 601 instead of from 600. Thus a 2370 BC Oct 13  and 2369 BC Oct 12 goes back to 2030 BC July 20 and of 2029 BC July 19. The mistake here by such ancients is to use 365 days for the Flood year calendar when instead you must reckon natural Earth as 365 days but shift 5 days due to 360-day calendar use, (the year being Oct 12 to Oct 6). Using Oct 13 easily is source for a false match of Thoth new year by Moslem as 3122 BC Oct 13 and 85 leap days back to 2782 BC July 20 resulting in year 6000 as 622 AD for another of many false Christ.
A one-day error can be reduced to zero by many factors, such as Joshua's 48-hour day as being one day versus 2 days, or such as traveling around the world so that without dateline, a day's difference occurs by east people meeting west people. However, the correlation is unveiled in 2029 BC that potentially the 2-day difference in calendar found in 2030 BC can be reduced one day by a July 19 significance as Noahs date 9-27, the previous July 19 being 9-21. The currect Julian math gives Oct 13 for 2370 BC with 86 leap days because of leap day in 2369 BC and 2029 BC, but 340 years being exactly 85 leap days back to 2369 BC is easily fixed by the ancient scholar of the times at Oct 12 of 2369 BC as being also the 3 years before it. This strongly then implies that the MAYAN 20-days is fixed to day JiaZi (KiahTse).
Mayan day Ahau of every tun is Noah's 1-20. Thus because JiaZi is day 27 every 60 days, the Mayan day Manik being 7 of 20 is always Chinese Jia day 7 of 10.

Noahs 1-07 = Mayan day Manik
1-27 *
2-17 - Genesis Flood
3-07
3-27 - * Manik Venus 2369 BC; Noahs 40 days from 2-17
4-17 - Noahs death

i still dont know why, perhaps coincidence alignment)

The day Manik is known in Maya to be Venus (scholars reckon the day 1 Manik and date 1 Kayab).
Exercise to determine this date:
2021 BC Noah's morn of death = Dec 25 Pop 1 (Noahs 4-17 day Manik) so Kayab 1 is 2020 BC Nov 10 (Noahs 3-07 day Manik). To determine the day number by starting with day 1 imix on 3113 BC Sep 2 (G.Aug 7), correlating in the true Flood year as exactly 755 tun on 2370 BC Nov 1, and 2369 BC July 18, and Arpaxad's confirmed birth on 2368 BC Apr 4 (Noahs 7-01). From 3113 BC Sep 8 as 1 imix and 1 tun 0 uninal 1 kin (1:0.1) to 2370 BC is 754 tun (x360d) = 1044x 260d so that the 2370 BC Nov 1 for 754 tun is the same day 1 imix as in 3113 BC. Then 26 days later on Nov 27 the day 1 returns on day Manik (Noahs 2-17) combined as 1 Manik.
Since 2370 BC Nov 1 is 1 imix on Noahs date 1-21 the day 1 Manik is 26 days later or Noahs 2-17 on Nov 27 making our Venus Manik the day before 40 days instead of the day after.
     One clue that connects the Ixil calendar with the system of the Dresden Codex is reported by Edmonson (147). Here we find that an Ixil Calendar Round began on 1 Che in 1506.[5] Che is the day-sign Manik (Yucatec) which means deer. It also means deer in the Quiche and Ixil languages. 1 Manik occurs only once in 1506, on the haab date 1 Kayab (Ixil), which is 5 Kayab (Tikal). It is important to point out here the two characteristics of the Ixil calendar that distinguish it from the older Tikal system: 1) the Ixil considered Kayab to be the first month of the haab, and 2) they had abandoned zero counting so that the first day of the haab was 1. Thus, appropriately, 1 Manik on 1 Kayab begins the Calendar Round. This tzolkin/haab date fell on June 15th, 1506 (J). We find a close Venus-rising on the date 1 Calendar Round after this, on 1 Manik 1 Kayab, June 2nd, 1558 (J);
The Mayapan Calendar Round date is close to a Venus emergence, 4 days after inferior conjunction. The date indicated is 1 Kan 2 Pop (T), July 21st, 1529 (J). Venus emerged as morning star on August 5th. Historically, the Mayapan calendar was derived from an older system right around the time of the conquest. Edmonson considers that "the Mayapan was clearly the successor to the Tikal calendar"
The Quiche Calendar Round began on 1 Caban 1 Kayab (Quiche) on 6/8/1532 (J).
By the Chinese making Jia as day 1, it loses its connection not just to Noah's 7 & 17 & 27 but also to the Mayan day Manik. But as you can see Chinese day JiaZi will always be Mayan day Manik because every 60 days cycles in 20s. Thus Mayan Ahau is always day 20 of odd months and 7 days before Manik on day 27 of odd months. This marks 2029 BC as Theban Sothic 25 degree July 12 (ahau) and Jerusalem 32 degree sothic Venus July 19 (manik) in 2029 BC. But as Sothic 31 degree July 18 as ahau and July 25 as manik in 2030 BC. These geolatitude location of these dates moves 1 degree south in 1314 BC. The use of the year 2029 BC thus becomes far more evident than 2030 BC and this helps prove the Mayan days as being of Chinese derivative.
