not sure if this is appropriate here or not, but I tried to access the members page, and it is now asking for an email and password.  before I had a user ID (RamboPreacher, who woulda' thought). and password.  I tried to have it send me my password, but every email address I entered said it can't find my email address.  I have a dozen or so email accounts, and entered all the ones that I may have used when I recently renewed my membership.  now what?

The old Premier Members pages have been converted to the new BAS Library.

I received an email that gave me a new username (my email address) and password.

If you did not get it, give them a call

or

or use this form

Great!

I've not any new content there but the layout and design is much nicer, and the addition of the subject listings is helpful too.

I've not surfed it much yet...let me know if you notice any other new features or content and I'll add it to the announcement about it.

Due to the very intereting discussions here I became a BAS Premier Member.

Its really great great !!!!

What  pleases me much   about BAS is  that in real academic/scientific tradition its not 1 sided giving only 1 viewpoint and 1 kind of sources/literature  .
It doesnt indoctrinate  as is often so in this kind of field
But giving diverse sometimes opposed vieuwpoints.Leaving the reader to choose his point of vieuw without stigmatising the opponent.

That is the way academic and all discussions should be ( and polite and civilised of course  )
I will recommend the BAS premier membership top all my friends and in all the Fora i,m member.

I have an idey.

Could we take every time as we please an old topic of BAs and discus it .

For instance I always wondered after reading a lot about the Seapeoples.

Was it an Land and/or Sea invasion( circa 1200 ) and how do the Philistines fit in ?

This morning I did read the BAS Volume 29 issue 2 and 4 about the Sea Peoples and the Philistines.
Great  polite discussion with differences between the authors.

Could we continue it
I open a link.in the other section.
