JSSEA 30 (2003) 15
FOREIGN PHARAOHS:
SELF-LEGITIMIZATION AND INDIGENOUS REACTION
IN ART AND LITERATURE
Corey J. Chimko

Abstract
The author takes a new and integrated look at the treatment of the royal foreigner and the politics of race. Specifically examined is the inherent tension between the normally scathing view of the foreigner in Egyptian ideology and the necessity of deferring to him in times of foreign domination
by the Hyksos, the Nubians and the Persians.

Examined are both the image the foreign pharaohs wished to portray themselves, as well as the indigenous Egyptian reaction during and after periods of foreign domination. What emerges is a perhaps unexpected conclusion that foreigners were not  hated as adamantly as is commonly held.

The first 8 pages of the pdf are an interesting read,  regarding the issue of the Hyksos in Egypt.

If this is indeed a biblical forum, then I would like to point out a Biblical view, namely that Moses stands firmly and defiantly against other claims, other chronologies, other predictable chronologies that set alone and will defy Moses as being untrue. A true chronology which begins the Pharaoh after the entry of Hyksos rulers does paint a different picture than the claims of accepted chronology placing many Pharaohs in the land before their Hyksos intrusion.

In contrast we have an epoch whether you believe to be global Flood or not of 3090 BC Egyptian to 2370 BC Hebrew. The birth of Egypt out of flooded Nile in 3090 BC is the land itself and not the people nor its kings if this year were true at all. In Hebrew recognition of a 2370 BC global Flood which with carbon 14 looks like 20,000 BP / 18,000 BC, the land is born in 2370 BC but no people arrive until they did the shaft of a 2170 BC pyramid to make annual observation of the star Seth which is Alioth in the Big Dipper, the intent being to compare 100 calendar years of 360 days to that of 365 days and note the stars leap one day per year.

Since Seth observation or worship is before Hyksos entry, it is the writers claim that the Hyksos took up this Seth worship. This is not likely since the Hyksos were Hittites of Ararat and Chaldeans of Ur whose preference is an Osiris (reborn) moon not an Osiris (reborn) Seth. This is evident by the Osiris (hoSaros) of 3600 new moons in 291 years which counts from Flood 2370 BC to 2078 BC in contrast to the first 100 year cycle of 2070 BC of the star Seth. In fact, even by Egyptian view (1290 BC), the 291 year cycle of 3600 moons is from Peleg's false death 2321 BC to the correct end of 177 year Ur I in 2030 BC (which has been mistaken for the end of 108 year Ur III due to IbbiSin putting IshbiErra on the throne of Isan in 2017 BC).
This is part of the evidence that Haran was called back to Ur to die in suicide because the span of 291 is from end of world by global Flood (2369 BC) to Haran's birth (2078 BC, the one assisting his grandfather to perform this suicide in 2029 BC). As an implication that Haran was thus hoSaros of 3600 moons, we then have Egyptian view who takes the end of world not as Flood (3089 BC) but as Peleg's death 2321 BC, and the suicide is thus not performed the next year (2030-2029 BC) but rather 291 years later (2321-2030 BC or 2320-2029 BC) to be with Peleg when the kingship of 177 years fails in 2030 BC. Then of course because they too know that IbbiSin placed IshbiErra on the throne of Isan in 2017 BC, they too like us mistakenly perceive the fall of 2029 BC to be 108 year Ur III (not Ur I). Like us, and all historians and chronologers, truth and history have been stretched back and many times for prestige of being antiquity.

In fact by calculating the viewscope area of the Great Pyramid telescopic shaft, the precession of Earth's axis causes the radius of polar circling of Seth to increase and be lost or descent into Sheol in 92 years eight years short of the 100 desired (to make comparisons). With that the ground chamber is deserted and never finished. Thus Shemites are rejoicing or gloating that their 3600 moons is successfully measured in 2078 BC as  291 Julian years when Egyptian Hamitics fail at their Seth in 2070 BC with such a massive project taking place in Egypt wasting everyone's time. If a biblical view (Noah) is deeply respected then we must keep in mind at all times the trouble and issues resulting from Shemites regarding Hamites as incompetent for Ham not disciplining his toddler or teen Canaan. And see Narmer's (Nimrod) attempt to rise above it to make a name for Hamites to override this atitude against the whole family. These factors of division are deep in our postFlood world all the way to today where they want land, or MIddle East, or New Worlds on these premises of biblical Genesis origins. Bible or no bible, the events dividing families over who is good versus bad, right versus wrong, ruler versus slave permeate from that incidence of Noah being regarded as an excuse to regard as divine words out of his mouth and to do what ever as an excuse to gain power or criticize others failures at ruling, including things like measuring the star Seth with failing pyramids in Egypt.

The writer says Apophis attempts to make himself king amongst kings in Egypt who are Pharaohs. THis is half-truth. There is no need to attempt, he is a king among kings, because kings are all that exist from 2207 BC in the city Ur (37 years before humans set foot to settle Egypt as Giza in 2170 BC) and kings existed as young people revered as elders for a recorded 187 years until 2020 BC when Pharaoh was created. THese kings existed for 10 years beyond the fall of 177-year kingship of Ur whose founder Peleg Mesanipada died in 2030 BC honroed by that 360-day new year as Noah's calendar year 944 on Nov 1 of 2031 BC as ALL SAINTS DAY of ALL SAINTS YEAR. This date in 360 days is verified by all other 360-day calendars including the Mayan whose new year tun will always fall on day 20 (in 2031 BC the tun as day Imix is Nov 21). The mass suicide of Ur then takes place on Memphis Hyksos calendar date Koyak 25 (May 6) of 2029 BC led by Nahor (Alumdug) and by his grandson Haran of Harran (Mesalumdug). And 210-year old Reu Aanipada (2239-2029 BC) the first king is still alive 98 years (2127-2029 BC) after his 80-year rule (2207-2127 BC). IbbiSin rises above this fall in 2029 BC to restructure Ur by sending his servant to Isan as a king in 2017 BC, but this is 92 years before he becomes Ur's 3rd dynasty king of kings in 1925 BC to die in 1901 BC. It is at the death of Peleg Mesanipada that Chaldean Hyksos flee to Ararat where united with Hittites they go intrude into Canaan and into Egypt. In Egypt they lay foundation to Noph Mizraim (Memphis Egypt) where after Exodus they will be accused of not founding their great city but conquering it. It is Narmer (Menes) who fortifies the city when it is 10 years old in 2020 BC by diverting the Nile thru it and around it and building walls like Babylon. So the Hyksos 518th year to exodus is 2030-1513 BC from Peleg's death to following Moses out as agreed citizens of Israel. This does not mean Hyksos did not migrate  out when slavery started in 1600 BC by Jannes. To the contrary, the years 1602-1600 BC being 768 years after the Flood (2370-2368 BC) is evidence the Hyksos left Egypt because in Egyptian chronology (1290 BC) used by Septuagint Genesis (280 BC) they claim that Unas Sakkara and Peleg Mesanipada died 768 years after the Flood (3090-3089 BC) in the year 2321 BC ending dynasty 5 of kings (Ur's 177 years) versus the true 177 as 2207-2030 BC. This proves that the Hyksos migration out of Egyptin in year 768 (1600 BC) is mistaken as a record of Hyksos migration into Egypt at Peleg's death. This is then further misidentified as Babylon's year 3600 (the shar). In reality, the death of Babylon's king Amizaduga which dispersed Babylon is 1626-1625 BC as Adams 2400 expecting 3600 to end the world in 6000. Using 8 year Venus this is mistaken as 24 years later 1602-1601 BC and mistaken as year 3600 to create an Adam of 5202 BC or 5201 BC which is 5200 years before Jesus (1 BC) thus 5200 Before Christ. Dispersal from Babylon is proven as 1625 BC (rejecting the final 30 year ruler of Babylon) by the fact that Hindu arriving from Babylon in 1625 BC bring the Venus tablets that their descendents of 700 BC claim are 1200 years old from the dispersal of Ur at IbbiSin's death in 1901 BC marked by the death of 433-year old Shelah (2333-1900 BC) the Chaldean foundation (their father Arpaxad the great grandfather of Peleg Mesanipada the founder of Ur). All these dates are locked by exact date astral configurations and 360-day calendar and EGytpian 365 day calendar. There is no refuting it, and a court case would last decades since the proof is all there in my studies from 1983-2008. My desire is not to publish, but to provide shame to a world that refused knowledge and so dies despite its being so great like Pharaoh and Egypt was, and to direct the true christ on earth to its destination in heaven which will result in survivors of an asteroid impact. So my knowledge has never been intended for fame, nor for income, nor prestige. I have an atitude that people will suffer for what they reject. It is not my vengence, it is vengence by God. That is why I am Elijah the condemnor preceding the bride of christ who is the gathered flesh of Jesus that gets slaughtered again. Yeh I know it sounds like the key and the gatekeeper in GhostBusters armageddon. Don't think it didnt scare me when Gar showed up in the movie (allah Gar, the king from the preFlood world).

But back to Egypt, the entry into Egypt and foundation of Memphis by Hyksos is thus agreed by both cultures as pre 12th dynasty whether Egyptian 1991-1778 BC or Hebrew 1943-1930 BC because Egypt says Memphis foundation is at Peleg's death in 2321 BC, and Hebrew says it is at Peleg's death in 2030 BC (same year as Unas). Therefore, Apophis is a king equal to 12th dynasty kings. BUT the dispute is Pharaoh which is a HOUSE of kings founded in year 350. In Egypt the year 350 after Flood is 2740 BC before Peleg dies and before Hyksos, thus making Hyksos as an intrusion not just on Egypt but upon the Pharaoh. This is made as a secondary intrusion and need for reunification as year 955. However, Hebrews know that year 350 is 10 years after Peleg's death in 2030 BC. This means creating The Pharaoh, that Narmer (Menes) had to make agreement with Memphis Hyksos founders to fortify their city and celebrate the new year with Ptah (the crossing of Mars). Noah's calendar year 955 (600+355) is his death (600+350) dying 350 years after the Flood on the date of xmass eve Dec 24 of 2021 BC which is Mayan date Pop 0. (And Pop 0 precedes Pop 1 which is evolved from Tot 1; Phoph = Thoth with a 17 day difference.) And thus Narmer sought to unite the two factions of Hamite and Shemite by reasoning that Noah being dead should also put an end to his words. This could be done by uniting elders (kings) of each city into a house of kings where a leading elder (king) from each city would be required to meet. At this time there was no king taking lead over the whole House as a sole ruler. But it must be understood that this was a 150-year old Egypt tolerating this unity with a Memphis only 10 years old; resentment existed in both directions. The sole Pharaoh rose up when the 11th dynasty of kings was declared welcomed into the House. In doing so, the leading king of that dynasty took hold of the whole House. The house was reborn in 1986 BC and honored as the Capricorn return of the planet Saturn as the reborn one 383 years after the Flood. Its January  position of 1986 BC is at the point of Capricorn as was Jan 2369 BC, and its sitting between the horns occurs by December for the January solstice of 1985 BC. The dynasty lasted 43 years according to Manetho who disagrees with the 143 years of the Ramses Papyrus (1290 BC). THe difference fo 12th dynasty as 1991 BC versus 1943 BC is based on Abram leaving Ur in the 1st or last year of Shulgi. What is ignored is that Abram was bi-residential for the 48 years and so did not desert Ur until he pulled out totally. Thus he started his desertion by building a 2nd home in Harran (of his suicide dead brother he had never met), but the populace he ripped away from Ur were those who opposed the rule of king AmarPal (AmarSin) in 1943 BC. This is marked by the Jova calendar where 12 years plus 5x 83 year Jupiter completes 36 orbits in the forst time the 12-year calendar fails one year.
The 365-day calendar (and Julian, and Gregorian) fails one year in 83 by not being 84 years for 7 orbits. BUt this is 84 calendar years of 360 days and so does not fail until (36x 12 years) 432 calendar years is only 426 years and is short the addtional year 427 to complete the 36 orbits. In this way arguing over JOVA was enough voice to tell Abram to complete his deserting of Ur's kingships. He brought to 12th dynasty Egypt a gift from Isan, the 25-year lunar Nisan calendar of 2018 BC (his birth year and birth of kingship of Isan). To this day the NIsan calendar is wrongly claimed to be 19 year back to a false Adam of 3761 BC when in fact Joshua fixed it his last year 1443 BC before dying in 1442 BC when Babylon accepted 19 years also. This is why Nisan was July in 1943 BC and drifted to become March (Gregorian Feb) in 1513 BC where Moses said no it will be April (Gregorian March) to the Hyksos who followed him out of Egypt.

It is possible that fixed crossovers of global calendar dates means nothing to you, and yet with numbers today the law worships the math of odds and probabilities for house insurance, car insurance, lotteries and casinos as facts that protect you or make you rich. They even worship the numbers of carbon 14 and potassium argon, so what is the spirit that defies fixed calendar dates. Why does Wikkipedia lie and say Toth of 2782 BC July 20 is Sothic for Memphis when July 17 is and so isn't Toth until 2770 BC. Either the spirit of man is evil, or Satan pushes such a spirit into people to be that way.

In this temporary pdf link, of a 1979 article by Willy Hartner of Frankfurt University, we are informed of the calendral cycles of 19 years, were in place in Babylonia by no later than 503 B.C.

http://articles.adsabs.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/nph-iarticle_query?1979JHA....10....1H&data_type=PDF_HIGH&whole_paper=YES&type=PRINTER&filetype=.pdf

The significance of this is that there was a large Jewish population in the region when the calendars were perfected to a great accuracy, and this same length of a 19 year cycle, was taken to Israel (probably ff. this date of 503 B.C., but also perhaps earlier) and incorporated at that time...as the 19 year cycle still exists in Jewish calendars to this day.

This data is also consistent with the testimony by generalization (i.e.,  the Patristics) in the Early Church, by those who were  noting a fundamental change in reckonings starting  just a couple decades earlier than the latest deadline of 503 B.C. that Hartner specifies for the use of the 19 year cycle.

The author, Wily Hartner, describes the Babylonian calendar as essentially cyclically unintelligible in its reckonings  in the centuries before circa 526 B.C.

If the Assyrian calendars are looked into, one will find various cites and regions of Assyria at the same time, showing both different dates and different seasons during the same regnal year of so-and-so.  One region to the north might have 3 seasons, and another to the south would have 4 seasons, for example.

Any rate...just thought the pin-pointing of the 19 year cycle as used by the Hebrews to this day as being started between 526/525 - 503 B.C. while in Babylonia, and perhaps calculated or at least assisted by wise men from among them, would be interesting to note.

Peace.

For those who care about precision. The author of Book Of Calendars may have drastic tons of errors, big ones pulling in money, but he is still a source of accuracy and he says the 19-year calendar starts in 625 BC.  Meanwhile the Jews think Adam started it in 3761 BC. Compare the two and they are only one year part, Jewish 626 BC before Babylon 625 BC. This is every reason to beleive that since Joshua's death is in 1442 BC that it was the Babylonian recognition of 19 years (1442-625 BC = 43x 19 = 817 years) and thus likewise set up by Joshua in 1443 BC before dying. The year 503 BC doesnt fall on either of these two choices Jewish or Babylon. In fact the known choices are 512 /511 BC or 493 /492 BC.
The plagues in Egypt are in natural succesion according to The New Bible Dictionary by Douglas if you recognize that you cannot take the science that God created and snub it as if God doesnt care that you do that. Thus looking at calendars and the fact they neglected to acknowledge seasons leaping a day per 4 years, the 25-year lunar calendar proves they amplified natural disaster by letting the calendar drift. In  this way like Nineveh who didnt listen to Jonah, the Egypt who didnt listen to Moses had to make corrections to conform to the true nature of our God whether directed by Moses or opposed to him. This is every indication that scholars who wish to place develop ment even later than what we suffer from are really being foolish, because they think we have gone so far, and yet now we lack again just as they did back then, thinking too great to see the fall coming so quick.

On the interesting biblical theme that man as a whole is erring and negligent to stay with God, the 19 year cycle is derived from the fact that four in 76 years requires an exact 19 leap days. In such as they recognized leap day from the exodus (1513 BC) onward, but did not insert it until 776 BC if not later in 312 BC, and further we dont even scholasticly recognize or acknowledge even that as a true certainty until Julian Caesar 46 BC, it would be highly improbable for this 19-year to be accurate on the leap day concept alone. In 1463 years (where upon 1460 years have 365 leap days to return to the same dates), this 77x 19 years is proved by our astronomy programs (which got us to the moon, and more so, satellites to every planet) does drift 5 days. A phase of the moon in 2239 BC Ur if on whatever date, say July 6 will be on July 1 in 776 BC not holding true to their ancient theory of this Metonic cycle. Simply put not only do they take 1000 years to finally make a move, but when they do the error is even greater than the correction they are making. It is like being told to bring $10 on Monday and you show up on Tuesday with $9 a day late and a dollar short. How much does God bless advanced science who shows up on Wednesday with the $10. ??? (Please this isnt an attempt to say I am not guilty of this myself, but the facts are like karma from God, sorrow and pity and mercy do not divert the disaster. Sacrifice must take place to get thru it now that everyone screwed up).

http://history.memphis.edu/murnane/Allen%20-%20Amarna%20Succession.pdf

In this  assessment of "The Amarna Succession", by James  Allen,  we see that the inter-relationships in Egyptian Chronology cross over neat lines and go into places that Egyptian scholars don't want them to go.

You may come away reading this above temporary pdf. with an interesting conclusion / solution.

It appears that reigns of a grandfather, his daughter, and a child could co-exist in the chronology of Pharaohs  as happening simultaneously...whereas modern Egyptologists are determined  to neatly separate them.

Hence a king could hypothetically rule 36 years by one account, his daughter 22, her son 9, and the first king to have ruled throughout his daughter's 22 years.  Yet by Manetho,  in  this hypothetical, he would list the first king as ruling but 14 years, NOT 36.

Egyptian girls married and were expected to produce children at age 13 (note53, pdf.).  This marraigeable age was also used by the Hebrews of ancient Israel as far back as Rebecca's marraige to Isaac (if Rashi is to be lacunae corrected).    Boys could ascend the throne of Egypt at age 10, as did Tutankhamen.    These two factors, along with incestuous lineage,  must be taken into account in examining Egyptian royal chronology against Manetho's accounts.

Of another interest should be separation by racial features, so as to distinguish clans or ruler ethnicities, in order to aid in Egyptian chronology in order to make it accurate.

By example, Tuthmosis IV and His Mother, Tiaa,

http://www.touregypt.net/featurestories/tuthmosis4.htm

strangely look more Japanese Asiatic than what we might normally expect for Egyptian lines in Africa's Egypt.

Something to consider. Peace.

In the New Testament, there has been a complaint raised about Jacob coming to Egypt with 75 people, while in the Hebrew Torah, the number listed is 70.

In the New Testament, Acts 7:14 states 75. The LXX states 75 in Exodus 1:5 and previously in Genesis 46:27.

Genesis 46:26 states the number at 66 in the Masoretic text. In verse 27, the number of those coming into Egypt were 70. In Exodus 1:5 of the Masoretic the number is 70. See also Deuteronomy 10:22 in the Hebrew.

That is a jump of 4 in the Hebrew or O (zero) in the Greek. What might be missed is a doubling of the two souls of the sons of Joseph from Genesis 46:26-27, plus their prior count in Genesis 46:20. Were Manassah and Ephraim now counted thrice (3 times)?

The discrepancy between the LXX and the Masoretic, and the Masoretic from itself appears to be a a matter of reckoning. It may be that in the third century BC, and certainly before Herod I came to power when all the LXX was finalized by, the scribes may or may not have altered this number after other information, such as counting children over age two, instead of just those over age three, for example. That LXX information of 75 was entered and finalized well prior to Hillel restoring the lost Hebraic Torah to Israel some 30 years after Herod I came to power. Because the anti-Christian Sanhedrin of Jerusalem sought to catch Christians in every word, it is very unlikely that Stephen, attempting to convince a Sanhedrin Katan wishing to destroy him, would have made the number 75 up. That mistake would have been pounded against Christianity to successfully disperse it if it were so. Hence, we ned to look further, and elsewhere.

When the Hillel Torah was translated in the then modern Hebrew script, it likely did so first using vastly differing letter forms just 400-500 years earlier (several letters even trading with one another), so that number was also entered in the Hebraic Script; but , we just don’t "absolutely" know. But it is possible that the Hillel Copy had 70, because Josephus (who took his reckoning in Antiquities 2.7.4,) reckoned 70 without Jacob, and 71 with him. This disagrees then with the Massorete Exodus 1:5 and Deuteronmy 10:22. What happened?

There is some unaccountability in Torah manuscript transmission. That lacking finds litle solace in being dependant on sparse Mishna to Talmudic quotations, compared to the NT manuscript fragments dating well back to within a couple generations of the disciples themselves, and having a completeness by the age of Jerome, some 50 years prior to the Leningrad Codex.

We do know that in the Second Century, about 250 years before Jerome, a war of words went up when Jewish zealots redacted out this or that word or phrase in order to deny Yeshua, and the Christians chewed them up for it. Perhaps this happened also with the text, using a new counting of souls after thus an age rather than the prior thus an age. If the family of Hebraic manuscripts became small, it made small changes more possible.

Jerome in ca. 392 A.D. probably held copies of the New Testament that were almost exclusively from the first century A.D. sources as well, being only 350 or less years removed from the 47 -57 A.D. compositions of those works (an NT author dating I can reasonably prove).

It is known (Jerome, Against Rufinius, 2.34) that where the Apostolic texts differ from the much later Masoretes in quoting the Hebraic Old Testament texts, the Apostles appear to have followed a manuscript tree that was more closer to Aramaic (if we follow the second century quotations in translation to Latin and Greek by Irenaeus) and first sources, such as the Ezra era translation of Hebrew Scriptures scribed by Hillel -- if I understand correctly -- that was brought to Rome, and cited by Josephus.

Those same copies of that master copy of the Temple, which would have included the Psalms and the prophets like Isaiah and Jeremiah (etc.), made available to all Israel by 6 A.D. to 66/67 A.D. in copy form from that master copy.

Jerome, himself, handled some of these same pre-LXX manuscripts, pre-dating the LXX's completion prior to the ascension of Herod the Great.

By his own testimony, Jerome says that his Hebrew copies that he was handling, were those that pre-dated even our extant Dead Sea Isaiah Scroll now on display in Israel, dating to at least 150 B.C. and possibly as old as 250 B.C.

For him to say this there would have been a clear distinction in the difference of the Hebrew epigraphy. For which aid, he sought out the best Hebrew expert of his day to learn more than just an expanded version of what he would have called "modern Hebrew" in the 4th century A.D....but an "ancient Hebrew" of the 4th to 5th century B.C. as well. The only Ante-Nicene (pre-Nicene) mention of the relevant texts I have found is from about 190-200 A.D., in which Clement repeats the number of 75, citing Genesis 46:27 (Clement of Alexandria, Stromata 1.21) and comparing Euphorus and the 75 nations he mentions (having 72 languages and 3 dialects blending two or three of the 72 together).

So we arrive back at the Massoretes, and find that 134 texts have been tampered with by the Massoretes, who changed the name YHVH into ADNY…4 letters for 4 letters. Therefore, I presume, based on the preponderance of my research that the redaction of the original 75 to 70 was made sometime in the Second Century and retained that way in the Hebrew, and based most likely on whether or not to reckon newborns or one year or two year or three years olds...something along those lines.

I have found no Dead Sea Scroll Texts or anything of an antiquity prior to the ascension of Judah ha-nasi (ca. 190 A.D.) to demonstrate otherwise.
