He claimed to have found the Ark of the Covenant in Mount Nebo, back in the early 1980s. Does anyone know if he is till alive and adventuring?  ???

I remember reading that article in BAR years ago and thinking "Wow, that's really something!" But then, I came to learn that really, all it was, was his attempt to cash in on a sensationalistic topic (the Ark of the Covenant).

The pictures were examined and found to be lacking as evidence. There was nothing which he produced that could be followed up.
