I quote,
Manetho   His work, the Aegyptiaca (History of Egypt), is the most important source, although no complete firsthand record of this book survives and the facts it contained are not regarded as completely reliable.  The work is preserved in edited extracts in the writings of Flavius Josephus (c.AD 79), a Jewish historian extensively used by Renaissance scholars as a source for ancient Egypt, and in an abridged form in the accounts of Christian chronographers Sextus Julius Africanus (c.AD 220), Eusebius (c.AD 320), and George the Monk (c.AD 800), known as Syncellus author of the History of the World from the Creation to Diocletian.

Classical Sources

Attracted by the antiquity of the (Egyptian) civilization, Greeks and Romans were enthusiastic traveler to Egypt.  Several Classical authors left written accounts that, despite inaccuracies and embellishments, provide unique and often firsthand descriptions.  They remained the most reliable source for ancient Egypt until Jean-Francois Champollion deciphered hieroglyphs and enable Egyptian records to be translated and read.  The most famous Classical sources are the writings of Herodotus (The Histories , Book II),
Diodorus Siclus ( Universal History Book I), Strabo ( Geographia Book XVII), Pliny the Edler ( Historia Naturalis ), and Plutarch ( Moralia ).” ( Davis 1998: 6-7).

Thankfully we today have archaeology to depend on.

Make your ear attentive to wisdon, incline your heart to understanding; for if you cry for discernment, lift your voice for understanding; if you seek her as silver and seach for her as for hiden treasures: then you will discern the fear of the Lord and discover the knowledge of God.  For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.  Proverbs 2:2-6

Africanus places his expectation of 6000 years of history as 5500 BC to 500 AD. In doing so, I do not know whether Africanus quotes Manetho only where he can say that Manetho agrees with him, or takes from Manetho only that which he can put into this 6000 years. Or perhaps, Africanus is very pleased to see that Manetho too places history from 5500 BC. His 5500 BC  Adam is based on 1900 BC being Adam's year 3600 either ending Ur or starting 300-year Babylon.

The issue in THAT theory of chronology alone is itself dangerous to the timeline because there are those who say Menes of Egypt was 930 years of Adam (5500-4570 BC), and then there are those who say no, that Menes was the equal span of time (that Adam lived) after the Flood in which no one lived 930 years. Which years? Africanus says Flood year 3258 BC (thus 3238-2308 BC) of which is a 300 year Babel until 2009 BC when Eusebius says Abram was 9.

That brings us to Eusebius quoting Manetho and how Eusebius places his 6000 as 5200 BC to 800 AD. In doing so it is based on 1600 BC as Adam's year 3600 ending 300-year Babylon, or marked by high priest Jannes in Egypt, or an exodus caused by him (the repetitive babbling confusion and division since Babylon causing all the exodus and migrations).

Again we have the issue of Menes of Egypt being (this time) the 950 years of the world's father Noah (instead of the world's father Adam; the Adam concept actually evolved form the Noah concept leaving us with more records of 2242 +950 than 2262 +930). Though Noah lived 600 before Flood and 350 after Flood, a total of 950 strictly after the Flood proved no one could ever live that long to even know or remember who Noah was. Thus the year 950 is regarded as from the Flood year 2958 BC to 2009 BC or 2007 BC, pending 950th as 949, or as 950 following the end of Flood year. Again it is when Abram was 9.

Every indication is that Manetho himself believed Egypt went back before a Flood of 3090 BC (Ramses Papyrus canon of 1290 BC incorporated into the Egyptian Alexandria Septuagint Genesis of 280 BC), and  that Manetho himself believed the 5500 BC Adam Menes ruling Egypt. This makes Manetho already into the realm of fantasy since every scholastic evidence prior to our 1800 AD proves that Africanus had more Hindu chronology fallacies than Eusebius does having less in Greek chronology fallacies. It is true that the Africanus 5500/500 chronology inspired Armageddon of 500 AD for Scandanavian Nordics; and that is quite a distance from India's Hindus River where it started. But the Greek chronology always over powered it with more astronomic facts. So to place our Egypt on Africanus proves that they today want to push evolution antiquity. So stand up, and say look here, I have the oldest dates. Big deal! If you take the lives of every American President from the age they were elected as king or President until the age they died, and put them end to end like Egypt has, you would have a USA 1000 years old. In my eyes, I see grown children today who haven't grown up. The proof is in the instant rage they feel, to then say, this is not so of Egypt.

One Manetho source that I took home placed Menes of Egypt at the death of 930-year Adam (5500-4570 BC) and placed dynasty 7 as 70 men inaugurating the calendar with 70 days until 2770 BC July 17 Thoth 1. Thus dividing 6 dynasties into 1800 years. Compare this to Ramses having the Papyrus canon written in 1290 BC as year 1800 after the Flood 3090 BC. That particular Manetho is also 2400 from that death of Adam in 4570-2170 BC which is one claimed date for the Great Pyramid (2170 BC). Josephus places Abram's birth in that year (Abram 2169-2069 BC +60 Isaac to 2009 BC again). Compare this to 2400 from Japanese Flood 3060 BC (used by Josephus as Adams 2656 AM) to Japan Era 660 BC. Compare that to Chinese calendar of 2400 years from 2637 BC to China Era 237 BC. As you can see, the years are definate events, but they all claim a different connection to pick out other events in the wrong years. I have the answer to the riddles, the pieces of the puzzle, but now here I see my death soon, and no one cared. After 6 billion die, and 10 million live. Do tell all those resurrected, how you think no one could really piece the puzzle because they all think all the pieces are missing. Are they really, or is it the same since Eve's quarrel with Adam the older, and Cain's quarrel with Abel the younger throwing in confused lies as to how things really are, truth versus lie, stomach's food or poison, and the mind's food or poison.
Sigh... does anyone feel my exasperation and undertsand it ?

Year 1800 options existing in chronologies.
600 year Noah plus 1200 after Flood
600 year Venus before Flood +1200 year Venus after Flood
600 yr Venus after Flood +1200 yr full cycle =1800 after.

Various years BC.
Africanus Flood 3238-3237 BC
600 yrs =3237-2637 BC Chinese calendar +1200=1437 BC

Assyrian 2970 BC (claiming Noah's birth as Flood)
600 years before Flood (3570-2970 BC)
1200 years after Flood (2970-1770 BC)

600 years after Flood (2970-2370 BC)
+1200 years (2370-1170 BC)

True Flood 2370 BC
600 years before Flood (2970-2370 BC)
1200 years after Flood (2370-1170 BC)

600 years after Flood (2370-1770 BC)
+1200 years (1770-570 BC)
This year 570 BC is used by Josephus as 70 year desolation from 640-570 BC (but also shifts it 3.5 years 644-574 BC and
even reduces 70 down to 50 as 624-574 BC believing 624 is 1st year of Nebuchadnezzar which it is but not as 1st year of 50 year desolation).

Without presenting 4 or 5 more chronologies of 1800 years (such as Egyptian 3090 BC Flood plus 600 year Venus and 1200 year full cycle to Ramses 1290 BC), what I realize here and inspires me to log all this is that the belief of 1800 year Venus (half cycle plus full cycle) used in Hippolytus and Africanus and Manetho's 5500 BC Adam as 930 year Adam (5500-4570 BC) and 1800 years as Adam's death to calendar 2770 BC indicates that Adam regarded as Menes was marked by the planet Venus. This is true concering the real Menes... not Noah who as Menes or Mena or Manu dies in 2020 BC when Narmer takes his name Menes to succeed Noah as (Nimrod) the father of the world. But rather at Nimrod's death in Abydos Egypt in 1770 BC at age 500 as last of the gods (of longevity). Venus rising as Phoenix from the Ash sun (Leo sun) in year 2256 is Noah's year 1200 but in false chronology where Noah's birth 2970 BC is Flood, this makes Hamurabi's 1770 BC as Noah's year 1800 from birth (not 1200). Birth and rebirth (in death) are always confused dates in all ancient chronologies (as well as birth and rebirth as kingship by crown). Thus false 5500 BC Adam dies as a false Menes in a false 4570 BC and so then in this Mena's year 1800 a Venus calendar is created of 584 days in 2770 BC for the 365 day calendar of July 17 Thoth 1, all this evolved from year 1800 of a false Manu or Man Noah with a false birth of 3570 BC and false 2970 BC Flood) because 1770 BC was later mistaken as Noah's year 1800 when it was his year 1200. The lesson we ought to learn is not how all this error evolved and got worse, but rather then why do we do this, cross chronologies. Why do we take a 2958 BC pyramid 300 years after a 3258 BC Flood and cross over to Jewish 2105 BC and say this means the pyramid is 853 years before the Flood. Yet that is what all these chronologers and archeologists and scholars do. It is all documented. Would you want your mistakes documented? God knows my mistakes are crammed down my throat. I guess mistakes must be made to learn, but how come the process isn't corrected. Why is the process of crossing nonrelated still being thrown into everything the way Satan says okay woman you were told you can't eat of any trees at all and you're expected to starve to death by not eating this tree.
ELIJAH
judge me now,
because your judgement after me will be globally worse,
I accuse you of killing Christ in the form
of all the innocent, all the wise, all the martyrs,
all those who could have better the world,
but you said they were all wrong.
No one has learned from Jesus accept those who have died like him in his way.

Regarding your locked WatchTower thread:

This seems to be a case of the Spirit-moved Bible authors getting it wrong, yet again, by spelling Babel of Genesis and Babel of Nebuchadnezzar exactly the same.  A most unfortunate error that could only result in confusion.  It was wise of the translators to fix that mistake by spelling them differently.  Your observation that the Bible gets it wrong sometimes, as it did with the mis-identification of Noah's tsunami,  is thus supported.  The Bible tends to be unreliable and prone to gross inaccuracy.  I see now by your example that it is wiser to consult the stars, mathematics, pagan calendars and the scientific method first.  Only then can we see the mistakes in the Bible.

It is locked because I tired to answer the Magi. Then add to it the name issues. And in dividing it into two topics because the page was too big to hold scrolling anymore, I lost the Magi answer I gave you TWICE. So I locked it because it isnt proper for you to machine gun me down or gang bang me until i get the answers posted. I need not live on here.

As for other sources before Bible. That is not the point of pagan priority versus Bible priority. Quite contrary I see man scholars as placing a bible body of flesh on a pagan skelatal timeline. I merely place the pagan body of flesh on the Bible skelatal timeline. Both are of value because ALL descended from Noah. Yes, family does have its liars, but most liars get their info from mistaken interpretation of truths. Then they war thinking the zeal proves it true, or a majoirty rule, (by fist at that).

Now leave me be, I am busy today looking up a death policy on me.
