Hi all -

Are there any archeologists who have submitted work that is critical of Israel Finkelstein's conclusions?

Yes, many. One is K.A. Kitchen in his book On the Reliability of the Old Testament. He addresses his work on pgs. 464-467.

You know, Israel has tempererd some of his more polarizing views (at least to my eye). You can read and judge for yourself in the most recent BAR, in which Hershel interviews him.
